Our new warehouse was built in 1994. It is spread on the area of 810 m². It serves for customization, assortment, conservation and cooling of the cattle hides. The technical equipment of the warehouse is divided in:

The fresh hides are hacked and the transporting elevator move them up on the stainless table. After the check, the chain conveyor moves the hides on the scale, connected with evidence and control terminal. Here are the category, quality, hide number and weight entered. These data are saved in the computer.

Hides determined for expedition in the cooled state is moved by the chain conveyor into the cool storage. There is 5 pcs pipe tracks of the total of 215 m. The cooling storage has a digital regulation of humidity as well as temperature. There are 4 condensation units, that are supplied by 2 independent cooling systems.

In case of failure of one of the systems the other has enough capacity for holding the temperature. The cooling storage has also a strong diesel-agregate, that substitutes the supply of energy in an emergency case – in our cooling storage we have at the full performance the weekly capacity of 2,5 – 3 thousand pieces of the fresh cattle hides.

In our warehouse we also take over hides that were delivered in the salty state. These are categorized with help pf the stainless net table and digital scale. We are ready to do this categorization as customer service. The total sorting capacity at the full performance is 2.000 pcs of hides a week. The whole warehouse is cooled to 14°C in the summer time.
